We offer a 7-day window for exchanges to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

1. If the mistake is ours (Business Error)

If we sent the wrong item or there is a manufacturing defect, we will provide a Free Exchange or Refund.

  • Requirement: You must provide a clear unboxing video of the parcel.
  • Once verified, we handle everything at no cost to you.

2. Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as Change of Mind returns are not standard. If you still wish to request an exchange for personal reasons:

  • Delivery Charges: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (sending the item back + shipping the new one).
  • Verification: The item must be sent back to us first. We will verify it is unworn, undamaged, and has all original tags/packaging before processing the exchange.
